So that there is agreement between the committee members on the agenda, and the amount of time spent on the meeting, the committee shall vote to approve an agenda for the meeting. To the best of its ability, it will follow that agenda, and allow for the chair to move the committee through the agenda as specified.

Discussion About staff bonus plan
Continue discussion initiated at the last meeting regarding teacher and staff bonus plans.
Tabled motion to approve bonus plan until it is finalized

Discussed a new expanded bonus structure plan for all staff members, also discussed pay raises
Principal Kelbaugh will calculate the cost associated with both pay raises and maximum bonuses for all staff members and report back to the committee at our next meeting. She will also review the budget to see if there is enough room in the budget for the bonuses and raises. A final decision for staff raises will be made by the Governing Board.
