MTD Timing Differences Timing differences, 11K on cash accounts and. 34K reserve budgeted with no charges against the reserve for the month. 17K+ on after school vs budget to help offset loss on investments of 16K Timing differences. Salaries and benefits absorbed by Title 1 23K. YTD Earnings on investment and cash accounts 104K; 310K budgeted for Reserve with no charges against reserve YTD ; Under budget in New Tech 70K and substitutes 15K ; Timing differences. Under budget in food cost 38K. Salaries absorbed by Title 1 77K. Timing differences
Title 1: 3rd quarterly submission made in March for total YTD of $77K
Investments: $16K gain for the month of March
AR: Title 1 just submitted is outstanding and $9K title 2 submitted in March. All title 2 will be paid in June 2026 regardless of when submitted.
Stipend for employees released by state of GA $2K each for qualified emplyees). For WACS to extend to all personnel it will require WACS to absorb $54K of expense. Room in budget for this and good for morale, so proposed by finance committee for Board review.
