Operations: Finished the month of July 2025 above budget expectations by 77K MTD due to timing differences and accruals in June
Investments - loss of $1K for the month
AR - $35K for title 1 and $2K for Title 2
Cash position - projecting $6.1M by July 2026 net of cash reserves of $1.4 M (3 months of op ex).
Budget: review and approval - major changes since last month are increase in bonuses based on new structure resulting in net surplus of $687K
