Operations: Finished the month of June 2025 below budget expectations by 161K MTD and 2 million above budget expectations YTD. MTD Timing Differences; Budgeted 100K and 47K for Facility Grant and Security Grant respectively in June. Received the funds earlier. YTD is a result of final allotment of 2.4 million which was 1.7 million more then budgeted
Title 1: quarterly submission done on 6/30/25
Investments: Gain of 13K for month and 54 YTD; will sweep YTD earnings to cash account to start base at $1M for fiscal year.
Budget: Reviewed and approved budget.
