Finished the month of April 2025 above budget expectations by 43K MTD and 472K above budget expectations YTD. MTD 3K unrealized gain on cash and investment accounts; MTD 100K Facility Grant recognized which helped to offset GA expenditures due to timing differences; annual fund donations of $500; As of April 2025, our market value on investments is 1,018,180K on a 1,000,000investment. Loss of 3K for the month. Gain of 38K YTD. Also discussed: QBE funding anticipated projections.
