October 2023 Highlights; Operations: We finished the month of October above budget expectations by 3K MTD and 68 YTD. Accrual of Grant Expenses totaling 100K help to offset expenses spent on student materials and staff development.
Investments: As of October 2023, our market value on investments is 897K on 1,000,000 base. Loss of 10K for the month.
Cash Position; As of July 2024, we are projecting a cash balance of 301K , net of cash reserves of 1.2 million. Cash reserves should represent approximately two months of operating expenses. It should be noted that as of October 31, 2023, we have an AR balance of 127K: (82K in Cares Act III; 17K in Title 1 and 25K Security Grant).
Notes: Update on Federal Programs Budgets have been approved and reimbursements can be submitted Total Budgets equal 738,262.00.
