August 2023 Highlights Operations: We finished the month of August above budget expectations by 25K MTD and 39 YTD. We accrued 21K AR for Cares Act III which was not budgeted.
Investments: As of August 2023, our market value on investments is 925K on 1,000,000 base. Loss of 5K for the month.
Cash Position: As of August 2024, we are projecting a cash balance of 313K, net of cash reserves of 1.2 million. Cash reserves should represent approximately two months of operating expenses. It should be noted that as of August 31, 2023, we have an AR balance of 142K. Deposited checks totaling 80K for the month. Expecting another check for 100K.
