July 2023 Highlights, Operations: We finished the month of July above budget expectations by 15K MTD and YTD. We had a gain on investments of 5K for the month with rental income of 3K along with other miscellaneous income. Finished over budget in student materials y 18K due to timing differences. It should be noted that 10K of the this will reimbursed by Cares III.
Investments: As of July 2023, our market value on investments is 930K on 1,000,000 base. Gain of 5K for the month.
Cash Position: As of July 2024, we are projecting a cash balance of 646K, net of cash reserves of 1.2 million. Cash reserves should represent approximately two months of operating expenses. It should be noted that as of July 31, 2023, we have an AR balance of 164K. Deposited checks totaling 15K for the month. Received a check for 6K so far in July and expecting another check for 100K.
