1. Amend and accept the agenda to add Delana Reeves transition plan. (passed)
2. Approve the budget for the 2023-2024 school year (passed)
3. Approve Max Air contract subject to 2nd quote from Johnson Controls. If Johnson Controls contract comes in under with the same scope of work, we will move forward with the Johnson Controls option. (passed)

4. Motion to adjourn and move into executive session to discuss Delana Reeves' transition plan. (passed)
