1. Motion to approve the agenda for this month's meeting. (passed)
2. Approve the slate of new hires (passed)
3. Motion to approve the Board calendar as proposed. (passed)
4. Motion to move into Exec Session for the purposes of discussing School Leader's Annual Review (for 2020-2021 school year) and an unrelated personnel matter. (passed)

5. Motion to approve a bonus of 125% for the Executive Director in addition to a COVID 19 Leadership Bonus. For a total of 150% of bonus eligibility. (passed)
