Continue discussion from the last meeting regarding an expanded teacher and staff bonus plan and also potential raise to match Dekalb Count School District taking into consideration budgetary impacts.
Approve bonus plan and/or raise as discussed.
We agreed to finalize the bonus plan to be made effective for 2018-2019 school year. Bonuses for the staff will be awarded in November 2019. The final plan for all staff members will be released to the staff once the changes are completed.
