1. Update on Board Procedure Re: Committees & Charterboards
Reviewed draft "quick start guide" as a group. Will organize to make clear from committee members what they need to do, why they need to do it, and how to do it. Richard to circulate another draft on Monday, 9/17; will make final revisions and present to BOD at September board meeting.
