Open house to-do assignments:
- Invite Board members to participate in open house (optional)
 - Inform Board of upcoming Board nomination process
 - Present for 30 minutes then Open Q&A for 30 minutes
 - Take attendance to collect phone #s and emails
 - Go around the room for introductions and ask for potential interest in specific committees
