Board Succession
There was discussion regarding facilities vacancy, 3 candidates were discussed. There was discussion regarding future of the Communications Committee and Chair vacancy. There was discussion regarding extending the Secretary's term by a vote of the board to suspend the bylaws on that term. There was broad discussion regarding upcoming initiatives for recruitment.
