Finance Committee Chair and Governing Board Treasurer, Andrew Tashiro, will call the meeting to order

So that there is agreement between board members on the agenda, and the amount of time spent on the meeting, the board shall vote to approve an agenda for the meeting. To the best of its ability, it will follow that agenda, and allow for the chair to move the board through the agenda as specified.

Discuss a few organizational ideas to make communication/processes between the Facilities committee and Finance Committee more efficient.

Review Monthly Actuals vs Budget 20 minutes

Discuss and provide oversight on financial performance for the previous month

Discuss Finance Committee Strategic Plan 20 minutes

Task for Strategic Plan is "What does success look like in the Finance Committee?"
