Welcome and Call to Order
Finance Committee Chair and Governing Board Treasurer, Andrew Tashiro, will call the meeting to order
Review Monthly Actuals vs Budget
The finance committee reviewed the September financials, discussing variance vs. budget
Year End Audit
The committee built a document for future audits which outlined the oversight and review process. In addition, the committee discussed various schedules provided by the Auditors (Aprio). A follow up call will be scheduled with Aprio to close out a few open items and answer questions.
Aprio plans to attend the Governing Board meeting on 10/18 and present the audit report.
