1. Move the Aprio Financial Audit report to the beginning of the meeting and approve the agenda for the October 21, 2025 meeting. (passed)
2. Approve previous meeting minutes for the September 16, 2025 meeting minutes as previously sent out. (passed)
3. Approve the Aprio audit barring any material changes. (passed)
4. Go into Executive Session. (passed)
5. Approve personnel matter decision as discussed in Executive Session. (passed)
6. Leave Executive Session and resume Regular Session. (passed)
