2. Approve the agenda as submitted (passed)
3. Move to move out of Executive Committee to discuss a legal and personnel matter (passed)
4. Motion to move into Executive Session to discuss personnel and legal matters. (passed)

5. Motion made to approve the bonus as discussed in Executive Session (passed)
