1. Approve the agenda as presented. (passed)
2. Motion to approve minutes of the November 16, 2021 regular meeting and the November 30, 2021 special called meeting. (passed)
3. Motion to elect Maryum Gibson as Secretary. (passed)
4. Motion to approve Andrew Tashiro as the new Treasurer; to remove Tamara Richards as a signatory on TMS accounts; and add Mr. Tashiro as a signatory on TMS accounts, all effective January 1, 2022. (passed)
5. Motion to move to Executive Session to discuss a legal matter, inviting Mike Stewart to join the board. (passed)
