Meeting Notes
During the recent strategy planning meeting for full board, it was discussed that Communications Committee may need to be re-structured into a development committee now that we have a full time Communications Manager.
Needs to Start: -Draft of strategic plan - Elisa Falco -Examples from other schools - Elisa Flaco -Review current job description.
-Include Lisa in a brainstorming process.
Consider Communication, Outreach and Development Committee?
Next Steps:
- Create a timeline and process map for amending the Bylaws to include a development committee.
- Develop and deliver draft bylaw amendments to the governing board.
