Authorize the Executive Director to distribute the Governor's Stipend as follows: all teachers ($2,000), all leadership ($2,000), all support staff ($1,000), all part-time staff ($500), and resigned staff ($0). If an employee resigns before December 31, 2022, the funds will be deducted from the employee's final paycheck. (passed)
4. Increase instructional budget from $300,000 to $450,000. (passed)
5. Motion to Approve the identified Officers for the Upcoming 2022-2023 Year (passed)
