The meeting will be called to the order by Dr. Kimberly Walker-Browner.

Wildly Important Goal Update

96% school attendance rate is the WIG. The current attendance rate is 94%

Strategic Plan Goal Update

Goal 1: Increase CCPRI Score by at least 4% of gap between 100 and the school's previous year CCRPI Score or TMSA will meet or exceed scores of comparable schools in district Goal 3: During the second and each subsequent year of its charter contract term, the Charter School shall achieve a School Climate Star Rating of 4 or more stars.

School Improvement Plan is added to the website and was lated updated on February 22, 2023. There will be another update in May 2023.

The SIP currently reads as Strategic Action Plan in the file located on the website. The name of the file will be updated and placed publicly on the website.

There were 7 goals at the beginning of the year.

1. School wide goal- 100% of students will be exposed to STREAM. There were 7 growth targets for this goal. One of them has been removed and updated.
2. Priority One: Student Performance
3. 85% of students will demonstrate typical growth in reading.
4. IReady- September, December, and May to assessment student's reading growth and performance.
5. 80% of TMSA students will demonstrate on level and above level performance in the area of Writing.
6. Write Score for August 2022, November 2022, and February 2023 for 3rd Grade. August 2022 and February 2023 for K-2, 4-8.
7. 80% of TMSA students will demonstrate typical growth in Mathematics.
8. Priority Two: Innovation
9. Provide STREAM instructional courses to engage 100% of students enrolled during SY 2022-2023.
10. Priority Three: Culture
11. 100% of TMSA students will create a Leader in Me Wildly Important Goal (WIG) for academic growth.
12. Establish protocols during the first month of school that promote transparency and collaboration, encourage shared decision-making, and provide appropriate and timely feedback.
13. Administrate TKES/LKES with fidelity and and timeliness to improve administrative and teaching practices

The following goal was removed from the growth targets- Develop a systemic process that will promote a healthy and supportive work environment and result in positive staff morale by the end of the year. The goal was removed due to a system already being in place from Leader In Me.

Future Business

1. Discuss each goal of the SIP including goals for special populations.
2. Layout curriculum for next year to include a comparison from this year to next year and pros/cons.
3. Leader In Me Assembly Invitation for Board and ASP Committee- 3rd and 4th Wednesday of the Month for 30 minutes in the morning
4. Update ASP Zoom Link to TMSA website and committee members.
5. Update School Improvement Plan to the TMSA website under Resources.
6. Look at exploring at Technology Student Association Chapter- https://tsaweb.org.
