Approve the Financial Report: Budget vs. Actual, Profit & Loss, and the Balance Sheet.

  • A new night cleaning crew will begin in January and the cost will be $3500 a month.

Principal Update

  • Enrollment & Re-Enrollment - Re-enrollment has begun and will conclude on January 29th.
  • Health Response Team- The HRT received updated training on 1/5/2020.

Board Chair Update

  • Faculty Debrief- On Wednesday, January 6th, Dr. Williams, and Mr. Levett met with the staff and heard their concerns and questions. They received feedback from the staff and faculty as well.


  • Charter Renewal- On January 26th, GCPS will host a Petitioner Information Session.


  • Building Lease -Our lease will expire in June 2022.

A motion to approve completing an application and request for a one-year extension for the 2021-2022 school year and a five year extension beginning the 2022-2023 school year with Gwinnett County Public Schools.
